Tranquil and intimate appartement in one of Paris’ liveliest neighbourhoods. The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.

Large Studio, as a Suite, ideally located in a quiet street, close to the Eiffel Tower and 2 minutes away from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station. Many restaurants around too! The apartment is fully equipped with all you may need for a few days (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper ...). Perfect for a couple with the main room being quite spacious, and convenient for 2 people wishing separate beds (sofa will be converted into a single bed) but the space becomes tighter.
