After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Face à l'entrée principale du Jardin du Luxembourg, cet appartement entièrement rénové sera le point de départ d'une belle escale touristique dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers de Paris. A 2 pas de La Sorbonne, du Collège de France et d’autres Grandes Écoles, la découverte se fera parfaitement à pied. L'appartement (33m2) situé au 1er étage, est rénové et bien équipé. La chambre avec rangement donne sur une cour silencieuse. 2 lits de 160 cm de large sont proposés. Le wifi est haut débit.

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.
