This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. One dog allowed 25 lbs. and under with a $50 one time pet fee. My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
