Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Wohnzimmer, Essküche und Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig angelegt. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Berge und Brienzersee vom Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen. Die obere Wohnung steht Gästen zur alleinigen Verfügung. In der unteren lebt in der Touristen-saison die Gastgeberin. Gepäcktransport zum Haus möglich, wenn die Gastgeberin vor Ort ist.

Wir, Familie mit Kind, Hund, Katzen und Pferden vermieten ein gemütliches Studio im Parterre unseres Hauses in ST NIKLAUS ( NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in ab 15 uhr!! Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! No Smoking!

Chic Apartment in the Heart of the Vineyards Cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The open mezzanine offers an additional double bed recommended for children. Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in our apartment! No television!

The perfect chill out for intimity, families and friends !!! You can also enjoy the best mountain walks in Valais for most of the year.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
