Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, cucina, bagno e balconcino; dotato di sistema di filodiffusione, puoi ascoltare musica anche dal tuo smartphone. Situato a 200 mt. dalla piazza di Bomerano e dal punto di partenza del sentiero degli Dei, è la soluzione ideale per godersi un soggiorno in pieno relax, senza rinunciare alla possibilità di visitare la costiera amalfitana ( Amalfi dista 13 km). The Suite is a charming place to chill and relax, but is also close to the city centre! From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Capo Vettica and from Salerno to Capo Licosa. On a clear day, with binoculars, you can see the temples of the Greek city of Paestum on the opposite coast. Thanks to the isolation of part of the terrace it is possible to sunbathe in absolute privacy. At 350m, a Club pool/restaurant is accessible only at the conditions listed in Section: Neighborhood

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
