Enjoy the wildlife or amazing local rural walks - Nescliffe woods and Hillfort or Kynaston Cave and Olivia's Point. Explore Ruyton XI Towns - mentioned in Dooms day book The basic price is for 2 guests. TO RESERVE THE SOFABED. You must for 3 people for access to sofabed. The sofabed is NOT available as standard. Lake Farm Shepherds Hut, Self Catering & hot tub

Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

Wisteria Cottage is a self-contained private cottage in a quiet rural setting with countryside views, surrounded by nature. Newly refurbished with shabby-chic country inspired interior. Private WiFi, TV's both floors & super-king bed. Close to market towns of Shrewsbury & Oswestry, both 10 miles/15 minutes drive away. Private parking, central heating, 1-2 bedrooms, lounge, large fully equipped kitchen/dining area/family room. Main bedroom upstairs, two single beds in downstairs bedroom.

The lodge

A newly renovated cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for dog and hill walking. The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a 5 minute walk to the nearest pub yet just 20 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks of you have a dog that needs a run around! Sports massage available next door on request !

It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales.
