One-bed flat with a lovely park view

Our one bed flat is in the centre of the village of Balloch, Loch Lomond, known as the gateway to the north. Both the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car. There is a free carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor above the shops, cafes and bars in the centre of the village.

Quarry cabins Loch Lomond. Built by ourselves

We built our cabin next door to our house. In an old quarry in Bonhill. Loch lomond is a 5min drive away. The cabin has one bedroom with king size bed. A fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed, foldaway dining table and chairs. A log burner. Guests will have their own parking area. A decking area with table and chairs. There are some lovely places to walk. Ben lomond. Ben A’an. Conic Hill. The cobbler. Luss village. The cycle path is close by. It runs alongside Loch Lomond.

Cats Castle

Built in 1888, Cats Castle sits in two acres on the seaward side of the A814, just beyond the western edge of Dumbarton. The property has wonderful views down the Firth of Clyde. Cats Castle is close to Glasgow, Helensburgh, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The castle comprises three reception rooms, all with working fireplaces, a family kitchen, pantry, and five bedrooms, including the turret bedroom on the top floor. We are surrounded with a variety of contemporary restaurants and shops all being within a few minutes walk. Within our premises we provide free on site parking and BT Wifi.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
