There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.
