We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Couples Getaway: Hampton Beach Oceanview Studio

New studio condo on the top floor with an oceanview from the balcony. To get on the beach, you will need to cross Ocean Boulevard and walk on the sidewalk for a little stroll to get to the opening that leads to the beach. The main beach nightlife is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Watch fireworks from the balcony on Wednesday nights, special events & holidays. My husband and I are nearby and can accommodate your needs in a timely manner. We like to keep our place neat, clean and modern.

The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.
