We have two rustic tiny cabins & four RV sites available for short term and mid term rentals (28 days or less) this winter. The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Summit House: Back40 Trail-side Retreat

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

Cabin at The Greenes

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
