Newly renovated beachfront property. You can access the pool(20m),and direct access to the beach. All the amenities available in the apartment . There is a Gym , free barbecue area. The 24/7 convenient store 200 meters away and also good restaurants in walking distance . As you see on the photos , the most of the furniture and equipments are new. The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.
