Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

The accommodation is located in a new residence, in the north of Paris. 150 meters on foot from the Front populaire metro (line 12), about 15 min from the center of Paris (Saint Lazare, Grands boulevards, Châtelet, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées,...). Nearby faciliticies : Franprix supermarket, bakery, Le Millénaire shopping center, local market (Saturdays), pharmacy, near the Paris ring road. 30min away from the CDG airport and Orly Airport.

au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

Très proche de Paris, situé en zone métro, à 10 minutes à pied de la station « Front Populaire », ligne 12 C’est très pratique pour ceux qui ne veulent pas passer beaucoup de temps dans les transports, et pour ceux qui souhaitent rentrer sans contrainte d’horaire L’appartement se situe côté cour de la résidence, au calme par rapport à la rue. La clé est dans une boîte à clé, ce qui vous permet d'arriver de manière autonome. C’est le printemps, il y a des jolies fleurs dans la résidence.

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.
