There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

Newly refurbished, this stunning ground floor space is fully equipped with everything you need, including high speed wi-fi, smart tv’s, Alexa and air conditioning. Thirty second walk from the coop and 1 minute walk from Market street where you’ll find a range of great pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. One parking space conveniently located right outside the front door.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Free fibre plus WIFI. East Midlands airport 25 min, the bus is only £3. Junction 11 M42 is a 10 min drive. Electric charging points available in Swadlincote.

Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Serene and calm, yet conveniently situated near EMA, Melbourne, Donington race track, and the Breedon Spa. This stylish house features three bedrooms, two en-suites, and one bathroom, along with a lovely outdoor area that includes a hot tub and seating. The property boasts two reception rooms; one is equipped with a large log burner, the other offers picturesque views of the countryside, featuring an eight-seater table and a sofa bed. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
