Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich in der Parkhausgarage im Haus. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Hochhaus im 4 OG. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Auch Sportgeräte wie SUP sind inkludiert. Ein Motorboot und unsere private Sauna kann gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden. Unser Ferien Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit und eigenem Badezimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Der Haupteingang wird noch von unserem Busunternehmen sowie dem Eigentümer genutzt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von beiden Fenstern des Zimmers sieht man auf den schönen Bodensee. Gehminuten zum See sind es nur 5min. Es gibt kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit regionalen Produkten und mehrere Restaurants.
