The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Casalina is a renovated house in the quiet area of Montepertuso which is 20 minutes away from the center of Positano by bus. 1 minute walking from the restaurant “Il Ritrovo”. Mini-market just around the corner (1 minute walking) There are no steps to get to the house. The house is two floors, with kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms, two restrooms, wifi, tv. No private parking. The bedrooms have no doors, so if you want privacy it might be an issue. City tax: 2.50€ per person/per night
