Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. San Anton Gardens are only 5 minutes away. There are various exotic trees and a duck pond surrounded by benches. There is a bus stop across the road exactly opposite the property destination to our City of Valletta and on the other side of the street the bus goes to Rabat. The property has 83 sq meters of space indoors and 83 sq meters outdoors, made of patios with tables and chairs and sun loungers.

Attard is literally in the centre of Malta making it the ideal location to explore all Malta. Our townhouse is located in charming Attard which is very easily accessible from the airport. Valletta, Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are all one bus ride away. Bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafès are all located within short walking distance. Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.

A Spacious Room situated in Iklin

The room is found on the 1st floor of our house however there is no lift. One can make use of the private dining area in the room and spend time in the terrace where you can enjoy your morning tea/coffee. In the room one can find a private kitchen that can be used for personal use. Very close to the house there are many shops, accessible bus stops to various places, and good language schools and the University of Malta.

(Note: Since it is in a residential area, strictly no parties allowed)

The Vintage Studio is quiet & full of light, the perfect choice for a relaxing stay in central Malta. The main room is separate from the comfortable yet compact kitchen & dining area, which leads to a large bathroom with spacious shower. The studio is completely private and is located up one flight of stairs. Strong wifi. Close to supermarket & shops. Bus stop to Valletta & Mdina outside.

The TV has Netflix ONLY and you have to use your own account. The property is equipped with a washing machine. I will not rent to anyone aged younger than 22.
