Situated in the heart of Santa Barbara, it used to be the Central Point of the village. Called "Osteria Ex Maria", it was the local Tavern run by our Family for decades since the early '900s. It took almost a decade of extensive and elaborate restoration process to have it back to be enjoyed as a peaceful and enjoyable location. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

Naši gostje radi uživajo v miru na neposredno dostopnem vrtu, kjer je prostor za prehranjevanje, peko na žaru in sončenje v popolni zasebnosti.
