My beautiful cottage home is located only 1 mile from the Marietta Square and sits right down the road from all the incredible nature walks that Kennesaw Mountain has to offer. Come stay in this extremely clean and well maintained home away from home. Quiet, safe, plenty of free parking in the driveway, and a front door keypad lock for the easiest access. This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!

A lovely 2 bedroom town home in a quiet side street in Kennesaw. Double Futon on main lvl will sleep on more comfortably. 1 mile walk to Kennesaw State University, and a short drive to downtown Kennesaw. Parks, hiking, shopping and great restaurants just minutes away! Two parking spots in front of townhouse and more in the open area. Easy access to I-75/I-575. Braves stadium is only 26 miles away. Atlanta Airport is 35 miles away. Ruby Falls 94 miles north.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
