Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Casina si trova nel cuore di Belforte, incantevole borgo toscano risalente al 1180, posto al limitare della Riserva Naturale Di Popolamento Animale di Cornocchia e a breve distanza dall'Abbazia di San Galgano, San Gimignano, Volterra e Siena, dal mare di Follonica e da Firenze. E' fornita di piano a induzione, frigorifero e congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, non dovrai rinunciare a nulla.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

"La Lambarda" tower Suite

In Val d'Orcia there is a small medieval village called Monticchiello, surrounded by walls and protected by four towers; one of these is the "La Lambarda", which stands at the highest point of the country and enjoys a panoramic view across the valley.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
