Drive, walk or ride your bikes down the dead end road to your day at the beach. Cook out on the front porch & enjoy a fire in the private backyard. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a twin bed, mini futon, smart TV & fooseball table! Pillows & blankets included, must bring towels & bed linens.

It is in a great location for all seasons. In warmer months, we are 5 minutes to beautiful Ellacoya State Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee & 15 minutes to Weirs Beach & Boardwalk. In the winter months, we are only 5 minutes from Gunstock Mountain. We have one outdoor camera on the shed to assist with property management.
