Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Loft paisible à deux pas du Parc de Belleville ! Celui ci est traversant avec une vue sur les toits de Paris et de l’autre côté un arbre qui vous apportera de la fraîcheur. Le coin chambre donne sur un séjour ouvert. Cuisine toute équipée. De nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. L’appartement est à proximité de la ligne 2 et de la ligne 11 pratique pour découvrir Paris. Un matelas gonflable est disponible au besoin pour un enfant. Attention l’appartement est au 5e sans ascenseur !

Un nid douillet trés parisien cosy et spacieux avec son balcon dans une rue piétonne très en vogue dans le quartier d'Oberkampf. À quelques pas de la place des Vosges, bastille, République, Canal St Martin. Un grands choix de restaurants, de terrasses ou boire un verre, les plus branchés de la ville. Si vous êtes un gourmet vous verrez où les bobos achètes leurs vins, croissants, fromages c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Une vraie atmosphère parisienne. L'emplacement très accessible.

Cocon lumineux dans le village Jourdain

Magnifique appartement, à la fois charmant, confortable et chaleureux. Il sera parfait pour un séjour en couple ou en famille. Dans un quartier agréable vous serez proche de la Place de la République (15 min), du quartier du Marais avec ses nombreuses boutiques et de sa célèbre Place des Vosges (et les galeries d'art), ou encore du Parc des Buttes Chaumont et du cimetière du Père Lachaise. Vous pourrez arriver aussi rapidement dans le quartier latin et la Cathédrale de Notre Dame.

Located in very typical Parisian Square, this 28 square meter 1 bedroom apartment can host 2 people with maximum comfort (large bed in a separate bedroom) and up to 4 people (2 in a comfy pull-out sofa bed in the living-room). Equipped kitchen and brand new bathroom will make your stay perfect! 15 minutes ride to Paris centre! Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Vue magnifique, lumineux, localisation parfaite!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
