A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Vipava Valley is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing or just chilling. It has best starting point to visit most of Slovenija. Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
