Appartamento di 55 mq al quarto piano(senza ascensore)di una palazzina storica nel cuore di uno dei quartieri storici di Bergamo, accanto a Piazza Pontida. La casa dispone di cucina attrezzata, divano ( utilizzabile in caso di necessità come divano letto) bagno, area notte separabile con tenda a pannello dallo spazio giorno. Dalle finestre, magnifica vista sui tetti della città. In comune con nostro appartamento adiacente, magnifico spazio caffè/lettura e terrazza attico con vista su città alta.

Situated in heart of Bergamo down-town (Bergamo bassa) the position is strategic: 15 min walking distance from the railway station, 3 min to Piazza Pontida, all the main touristic attractions and places to go out. The apartment can host up to 3 guests thanks to a transformable sofa-bed, in case you're travelling with a kid, but I would suggest it for a couple or if you're visiting the city just by yourself.

We believe in respecting the environment: electricity, heating and cooling are generated by solar panels during the day, at night they are powered by batteries. Heat cogeneration with local biomass.
