This beautiful space encompasses a light and bright double volume studio with the main bedroom in the loft enjoying views of the park opposite, set above the open plan living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Off street secure parking is available. Meals are available on request from the main house.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Bloubergstrand - Comfortable self-catering open-plan Granny Flat, separate to the main house with own entrance in a secured complex. Situated on the beach front in Bloubergstrand, approx 200 meters from the ocean! No sea or pool view from the flat as the flat is situated on the side of the house on the ground level. The pool may not be used. Unfortunately the listing is not wheelchair friendly. Close to restaurant and local pub. Approx 200 meters from bus stop.

From the enclosed balcony, you have awesome views of the ocean and Table Mountain. The space is generous, with lots of light and contemporary style furnishings.
