Beautiful cabin on 6 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!
