You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

Två större sovrum med dubbelsängar samt ett mindre med 80-säng som enkelt kan dras ut till en 160-säng. Fullutrustat modernt kök med ljus och trevlig matplats. Boendet är en del av ett parhus men mycket väl ljudisolerat och med separata uteplatser som skapar en ordentligt privat sfär.

Perfekt för dig som söker lugnet och sköna kvällar vid brasan. En idealisk plats för återhämtning året runt. Njut av skogspromenader, svamp och bärplockning runt sjöarna. 10 minuter till fina badplatser och 20 minuter till Kungsbygget äventyrspark. Nära till Vallåsen Ski och Markaryds Älgsafari.
