Set in rural Preston near the coast and River Wyre, it’s perfect for walkers, with Blackpool Illuminations just a short drive away. Lancaster and the Lake District are also within easy reach. Due to the rural setting, driving is essential; a parking space is located next to the bungalow.

Stay in a stylish 3 bed semi on a quiet street nestled in between hotels, just far enough from the noise and hustle of the town centre and yet near enough to walk to it and enjoy everything Blackpool has to offer. We are situated one street from the beach and promenade and a short 12 minute walk into the town centre. Providing an ideal location for couples, families, groups of friends or work colleagues. As of January 2024 we are allowing well behaved small dogs.

The house is a good size with three king size bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are sea views from the master bedroom and the promenade is less than a minute walk away.

The property has the perfect location being only a 2 minute walk from the golden sandy beach and having so many tourist attractions close by. St. Annes town centre, with its charming shops, restaurants, cafes and bars is a 3 minute walk away.
