Welcome to our cosy cottage in the heart of the Chiltern countryside. Full of charm & character, this historic retreat is often described as “The Holiday Cottage”. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge.

A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Gardener's Cottage is a delightful, family friendly retreat with private garden. Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting. Outside your bedroom is a jacuzzi to relax and wind down at the end of your day. If you wish, the next morning, you can make your way next door to a charming country pub for breakfast.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
