This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. Hedge Mountain, Moonbah/Jindabyne

Hedge Mountain is a private rural property set on 3.3 hectares at 1120 meters elevation. It has spectacular views to the snowy mountains and easy access to Jindabyne and its beautiful lake, the ski resorts for winter skiing and summer mountain biking and hiking. The accomodation has one queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft area.
