Wrap around verandah taking in rural views, french doors into most rooms. Stainless steel kitchen, Wide old floor boards. High ceilings. Ten minutes out of Orange and close to local wineries and food producers. We supply continental breakfast provisions including fresh and poached fruit, house made muesli, yoghurt, juice, local sourdough, jam and cheese. Coffee, milk and a selection of teas also provided. The BnB is a repurposed/renovated section of our home. Locked off from the main household it's in a secluded location overlooking our backyard food garden. A light breakfast is supplied, plus tea and coffee etc. The kitchenette has a microwave, Pod Coffee Machine, small fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a washing machine. The king size bed can be converted to two singles upon request with your booking. The hospital is 5 minutes drive, and the city centre 15 min walk.
