PLEASE READ: Beaches is a beautifully decorated self-contained apartment our address is 46 Westby street FY8 5JG, a stones throw away from all local wine bars, restaurants, shops and infamous Lytham green and beach. The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Located in the heart of Lytham, a short 2 minute walk from all shops and restaurants. Lytham Green/Promenade are only a short stroll away. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Parking for one small car, rare in central Lytham. Parking Space measures 2.4 meters wide Free parking available on Henry Street, Queen Street and Beach Street Nest doorbell

Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Great location close to Queens promenade Blackpool, beach and gardens for lovely walks. You can walk along the prom to Blackpool town centre to be in the hustle and bustle or walk to Bispham for its independent cafes. You can park your car and use the trams to get around easily as we are just located across from the prom.
