We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. A short walk through our meadow, passing our miniature ponies, takes you to the orchard and veggie plot where you are invited to sample our seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables. Embracing the outdoors but still providing modern luxuries and practical conveniences.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Braunston Manor Cottage is a modernised detached 17th century cottage that is situated next to Braunston Manor in the historic village of Braunston. The village of Braunston is famous for being at the junction of the Grand Union and Oxford canals and it has a marina, canal pubs, local convenience store, a fish & chip shop, cafe, along with many picturesque local walks. It provides a convenient base for visiting Stratford, Warwick, Silverstone and the Midlands in general.
