Windermere railway station is a short taxi ride away. The property is ideally located on a lovely site with far reaching views. Your spacious accommodation has recently been entirely renovated and is a completely self contained unit, located on the first floor with its own private entrance via your south facing balcony.

Thornbeck Cottage, Windermere, Lake District

Thornbeck Cottage is a traditional 2 bedroom slate cottage in the heart of Windermere. It is perfectly located between the villages of Bowness on Windermere and Windermere, a short ten minute stroll either way to all of the local amenities and the lake. Nearest pub 5 minutes walk, various bars restaurants shops within ten minute walk. Train station in Windermere 15 minute walk. There is a front and rear garden which has a patio and stream. The Dales way and other walks are within ten minutes.

Annies Weaving Room

The apartment is a recent creation in a building occupied by a weaving business at the turn of the last century run by a lady designer named Annie Garnet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen and shower room. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an opening 'Juliet' balcony facing towards the lake. It has its own reserved parking space and is just 200 yards from the centre of the busy village of Bowness and the waterfront of Windermere itself.

The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

Scandi Sky Hut a stroll from Windermere’s Lakes

Cosy up in the Scandi Sky Hut and look up at the stars through the glass roof. Inspired by Scandinavian space saving, a king-size bed, ambient colour change fire, mini fridge, coffee station, entertainment systems, and en-suite with excellent double shower have been fitted lovingly inside this adorable wood-panelled cabin with added outside decking area. The Scandi Sky Hut & The Scandi Hut are nestled in our garden, with private parking & an easy 20 minute stroll from Lake Windermere.

Spacious Lakeland Cottage, between Windermere and Ambleside. Relax and enjoy this traditional home, with views over Lake Windermere from the terrace. Access the Lake from across the road if you fancy a swim! I've recently switched from co-hosting this property to putting this on my own listing, hence there is limited availability at the minute.
