This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.

There's Manly and CBD buses on the doorstep with Curl Curl's welcoming cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Beautifully furnished, the cabin has fresh linen, a BBQ and private outdoor space, everything you need for a special break.

Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. Monday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the toilet may used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly.

North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.

This sunny one bedroom cottage has its own private entrance and leafy garden. Plenty of old style charm with new en-suite shower-room off bedroom, sitting room with sofa-bed and kitchen with dining space. Only a short walk to the beach, cafes, tennis, golf and beautiful Long Reef Headland. Quality linens, beach towels, reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan and heaters, fully equiped kitchen, milk and snack basket included.
