There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

Activities close are endless - bars, shops, restaurants etc. This house has one Queen bed in the bedroom a regular non pull out couch and a Queen air mattress available.

12 Oaks - Comfy well-appointed coastal retreat

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
