French stone house with pool in idyllic village.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Tranquil, Secluded Cottage, Wood-Fired Sauna/Stove

Relax amongst the vineyards in this beautiful stone cottage. Find yourselves in the heart of a small village, yet - once within the lovely secluded garden - there is the sense of being out in the country. Use as a base for up to four people for sightseeing, eg Carcassonne, beaches, Abbaye de Fontfroide, Cité de Minerve. Enjoy visiting the numerous local châteaux for wine tasting. Chill out in the sauna or on the shady terrace. Check yourselves in and park for free. Work remotely - fast WiFi.

Belle bâtisse en pierre avec 22 couchages. Possibilité de venir plus nombreux. Situé en pleine nature avec un très bel ensoleillement et de belles vues. Idéale pour événement festif : anniversaire, evg, evjf, mariage, vacance. 2 pièces de 60m2 .Rez-de-chaussée 1 salle pour danser ou manger et une cuisine toute équipée. Premier étage : une chambre ou chill out, 4 canapés convertible plus 14 matelas. Balcon 27 m2. Terrasse couverte 28 m2. En extérieur une buvette, salon et tables pour manger .

Olive gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 min. drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 13 September.

Cottage chaleureux avec terrasse ombragée, parking

Ce logement paisible en pleine nature offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Situé à Rodés, légèrement à l'écart du village. A 20mn de Perpignan et 10 mn de Prades, l'emplacement est parfait pour la découverte des nombreux sites classés (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche…). Vous apprécierez également le lac de Vinça (à 5 mn à pied) pour les amateurs de promenade ou ballades à vélo. Le lac dispose une structure de jeux gonflables pour les enfants.

La gargouille des corbières Cuve à vin habitable

La gargouille est un gîte insolite, rénové dans une ancienne petite cave viticole au beau milieu des Corbières à l'extrémité d'un vieux village de 30 habitants; en pleine nature sur 5000 m² de terrain exposé sud donnant sur la garrigue d'où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. La bâtisse est composée d'une ancienne cave viticole et d'une ancienne bergerie habité par les propriétaires. Les deux parties sont complètement indépendantes.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
