Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.

This renovated cottage is an executive quality, two bedroom cottage in an upmarket district of Inverness which is only a 10 minutes walk to the city centre, five minutes from Inverness Castle. The cottage was built in 1880 and Inverness has since grown up around the cottage which once stood on open farmland. Many of the top Inverness restaurants and bars are located near by. All visitors to the Highlands are welcome.
