Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

Beautiful 17th century cottage, in the heart of the Pennines. Situated in Todmorden, West Yorkshire our beautifully restored cottage built in approximately 1665 and overlooking the vibrant market town of Todmorden and only 5km away from the artisan and beautiful town of Hebden Bridge. It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

This special place is close to everything, including nearby shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance on the doorstep. Ideal for a couple, or singles..Ivy Nest has its own private enclosed courtyard, and is set over three floors.

On the ground floor of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). The popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * The Workshop is in the same building as my other property, Shed End.

Centrally located, yet peacefully quiet, just 2 mins walk from the top of the cobbled Main Street with its quirky independent shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Walk 4 mins to the Bronte Parsonage Museum and 10 mins to ride the steam trains from Haworth station. A few mins walk in the opposite direction takes you to the majestic moors immortalised by Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights
