Beach-side house with amazing views

The amazing views and the closeness of the beach make our house perfect for a special holiday. It sleeps up to 5 people (a maximum of 4 adults is recommended) in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second a single bed and the third has a small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm). Fibre broadband with wifi. HD Smart TV with firestick Netflix and Amazon apps. Washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board. If you're travelling by public transport, the nearest railway station is in Penzance, just over 3 miles away. There's a regular bus service between Penzance and Marazion. Bed linen and bath and hand towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.
