The Villa is located in the heart of the Casentino, an excellent starting point for lot of trekking in the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests and offers the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pratovecchio-Stia(7 km), Poppi(17km) and the cities of Florence(62km), Siena(118km) and Arezzo(51km).

La casa per gli ospiti è un' ala indipendente della grande colonica su due piani: 3 camere , cucina, soggiorno, bagno. La piscina privata è in esclusiva per chi affitta la casa (max 4 persone) Non affittiamo camere singole. Zona barbecue. Totale privacy.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
