Casa Castello - Lakefront Apartment

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Secondo normativa di legge: 1) Tassa di Soggiorno da lasciare alla partenza: 1,5 euro per persona / giorno (no per bimbi sotto i 5 anni) . 2) Richiesta visione documenti di identità di tutti gli ospiti all'arrivo. La Terrazza Sul Lago

Casa su tre livelli con terrazzo, balcone, giardino. Ottima posizione vista lago, immerso nella natura tra i boschi di castagni. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.
