"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. Our place is close to restaurants and dining and the bustling main street of historic Millthorpe. Enjoy your own space with the benefit of experienced hosts next door.

This cosy space is a private half house with a separate entrance and off street parking. Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.
