If not wanting to make use of the kitchenette then the communal kitchen, dining room, lounge & outside area is to be shared with other guests. The Fan Room

The standard rooms are en-suite, has a fan, a smartTV, with either 2 x single beds or 1 x kingsize bed - Rooms are serviced daily & breakfast is included.
