Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Our popular self-contained studio has views to the Scillies, a private entrance and driveway for one car. We're conveniently 1 mile from the coastal footpath at Cape Cornwall and the Cape Cornwall Golf Club, 6 mins by car to Lands End Airport, 25 mins to the Minack Theatre and 7 mins walk to St Just's centre. Inside, the comfy zip lock bed offers King-size/twin options, the kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and breakfast/welcome pack. Cyclists can arrange to store bikes in a lockable shed.

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Separate annexe with stunning sea and Mount views

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.
