Welcome to our little “Mini Home”! Guests love its cleanliness, comfort and excellent location, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the station & town centre. London King’s Cross and Cambridge are both around 30 minutes by train. The loft-style mezzanine has a king-size and double bed, with a compact, well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Families are welcome, with toys and baby equipment available on request. Guests can use the patio table and chairs, although the garden is shared with our family.

A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.
