YALEVILLE VALLEY VIEWS -Glamping and Camping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, on a meadow with views down the valley. 70 acres to wander with a stream to investigate and a hill to climb enjoying the flora and fauna. There is a Bath House available that is shared with other campsites on the property. It has a claw foot tub/shower, flushing toilet and a large sink ! We are located 2 miles from the small town of Guilford, NY that has, small picturesque Guilford Lake.

The Porch at Alchemized Acres

Nestled in the woods, The Porch is a peaceful, private retreat—a cozy canvas tent with two porches and an outdoor shower beneath the trees. Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

Birdsong Retreat

Welcome to our secluded campsite situated in the Finger Lakes! A few steps away is access to the Finger Lakes Trail. The site is surrounded by forest, private, the only site on this piece of land. Parking is right next to the campsite. This is an off grid, tent camping experience with a composting bucket toilet & bag shower. The site is rustic with no running water or power. Come prepared to unplug and enjoy relaxing in nature! Nearby is the village of Hammondsport & many local wineries!

Forest Stay - North Nest Camp

North Nest Camp is a private retreat tucked deep into 40 lush mountain acres, surrounded by forest and wildlife — yet just minutes from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Lake, and Ommegang Brewery. This is the perfect place to unplug, and immerse yourself in nature. Wander the private hiking trails, sway in the hammock beneath the trees, or simply listen to the sounds of the forest. Your campsite is fully equipped, North Nest camp offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to everything.

Chill Hill

Reconnect with nature 10x10' Canvas tent camping on 10 acres. The tent is equipped with a queen mattress, solar lights, and heavy blankets. Outside there's a propane grill (gas provided), picnic table, and fire-pit. Parking is a short 420ft walk with cart. No Electricity - unplug & relax in nature! No Water - Dry Outhouse 30 ft away from camp Wood & Eggs for sale on site! $10 wood bundles $5 dozen Pets Welcome! Plenty of room for off leash play!! 5 miles from Gore Mountain

Christmas Tree Farm Hideaway!

Come and Enjoy our 300 acre Christmas tree farm! Located at the top of our property overlooking the tree fields and woods and pond below.Enjoy Hiking, Boating and Fishing right on the property. All very Private!! Not far from town , brewery, wineries, Waterfalls and other wonderful places to enjoy. Enjoy viewing the Stars at night and sitting by a campfire and the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.(An All Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle is recommended)

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Glamp Richard on Pretty Hobby Farm

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has a king-size water bed, sofa and private deck. Each tent has a kitchenette in the Lodge. There is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights in the summer) and our wood hot tub ($25 for a private experience). 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires, star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Mountain View Camping - The Old Catskill Game Farm

Located on the edge of a pine grove, this site has a beautiful view of the Catskill Mountains. Plenty of space to have family and friends spread out, pop up tents and join on the adventure. Stay at and explore what was the site of The Catskill Game Farm, America's first and largest privately owned zoo. The tent is tucked into 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
