Our mill is on the outskirts of the village of Champagne et Fontaine, in the Southwest of France. The Moulin La Vergne is a newly renovated 18th century water mill located on the river Lizonne. The room is a private flat with all essential amenities and a homely feel, with a private terrace overlooking the historical water run which flows through and around the building. Our location is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful and tranquil opportunity to recharge batteries and unwind.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre grange récemment rénovée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Dronne et le moulin du pont, d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnée, VTT, canoë, pêche à la ligne, promenade en barque, baignade... A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

Le Gîte de la Vivetrie est une annexe de notre maison principale de 70m2. Situé au coeur de la campagne du Sud Charente à 8km de Barbezieux Saint Hilaire et à proximité des vignobles. Profitez de la tranquillité des lieux dans une propriété de 3000m² entièrement clôturée et sans voisin. De mai à septembre profitez de notre piscine exposée plein soleil En supplément, n'hésitez pas à réserver un moment détente directement au gîte ou aux bords de la piscine avec notre masseuse.

Retour aux sources dans un mobil-home isolé auprès d'un étang, calme et tranquillité ! Il est possible de pêcher , randonnée pédestre/VTT, terrain de pétanque et barbecue... Pour un bon séjour au milieu de la nature en famille ou entre amis !A ce propos le site dispose d'un deuxième mobile Home séparé par une distance de 80 m sans Vis a vis. Situated in the beautiful park of a Priory that dates back to the 12th century, this cottage overlooks an exceptional stretch of the Charente River. As well as its own private terrace, there are stone steps for easy access to the river for kayaking and paddle boarding and a 20m long swimming pool and formal gardens. The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

Our house is a retreat where times stops. It is located in a valley, overlooking a river and surrounded by woods. We have restored it to house eight comfortably. With lots of terraces, a swimming pool, an orchard. This is a place for living outdoors and for people who appreciate the charm of old houses. IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for toddlers or for young children left unsupervised. Mobile phones don't always work, but there is wifi.

Nestled in the heart of the Limousin countryside, this house is in a protect site just a two-minute walk from the Site Corot, emblem of the town of Saint-Junien. Sleeps up to 7, including one bedroom with 1 double bed and private terrace, another with 1 double bed and one last with 3 single beds. We supply bed linen and towels.
