This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Très bien situé sur les axes Poitiers(50min), Angoulême(35min), Niort(1h),et Limoges(1h15).. À 3 minutes de tous commerces. 2 minutes ( en voiture ) d'un étang doté d'un snack en période estivale ainsi sue d'une baignade surveillée. A 2 minutes également un restaurant (fermé le lundi)ainsi qu'une boulangerie et 2 épiceries. Notre logement localisé en pleine campagne vous apportera calme et dépaysement.
