1888 Schoolhouse in Wine Country

Right in the middle of Missouri's wine country, this fully renovated 1888 Schoolhouse lets you explore wineries in the area or just sit on the front porch and wave at the locals. Perfect for two or use the fold out couch for additional guests. Pinckney, Missouri was the county seat of Warren County. Danial Boone once sat on the porch of the County Judge right across the street. This quiet street was once the hub of activity due to the Missouri River, now it is a quiet retreat from the noise.

Treehouse on the Katy Trail (Dogwood)

The best of what Missouri has to offer surrounds you at Treehouse on the Katy Trail. This 100-year-old home has been fully renovated in a modern farmhouse style, but its what awaits you outdoors that will really make your stay here memorable. The Missouri River Valley is a unique beauty that everyone should have a chance to experience, which is why a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Magnificent Missouri, a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and protecting the Katy Trail.

Relax in a king-size bed beneath skylights, soak in a tub, or unwind in the hot tub and firepit. Just a mile from the Katy Trail, perfect for cycling or relaxing. Explore Hermann’s wineries, shops, and events. Transportation available from Hermann Trolley, Uber & Lyft. Sleeps 2 adults.

Hazel's House by the Katy Trail

In the heart of Missouri Wine Country. Within walking distance of the Katy Trail and Lake Creek Winery. Many wineries within a 25-30 minute drive. Enjoy a weekend getaway in a 2 bed 1 bath home. Hazel's House is clean, comfortable and private overnight accommodations. We are not a bed and breakfast, no food included, but there is coffee. Please make sure the location is suitable. We are located out in the country and the internet can be spotty.

The entire 2nd floor reserved to just one set of guest. Just three blocks from the Missouri Riverfront, historic downtown Washington, and near many fine restaurants. This early 1900s fully restored brick home offers a perfect place to lay your head after an exciting day. The house is located within walking distance of the Amtrak train station, close to the hospital and the trans Missouri Katy bicycle Trail.

Gottfried's Cabin

As the oldest standing structure in Washington, for 190+ years, Gottfried’s Cabin has watched the town of Washington transform around it. Much like the changing town around it, the cabin has always been reinvented. While the structure has remained mostly the same since 1834, its purpose and function has not. Now it is a relaxing retreat for visitors to Washington.

Entrance in rear of building up the deck stairs. We have rented out as monthly rental. Completely renovated historic 1883 building offering rear 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment. Interior is modern with kitchen, washer/dryer, and large deck in downtown Washington. Walk to bars, shops, restaurants, and the train station. Wineries are a short drive away.
