Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Ce charmant appartement indépendant de 35 m2 se situe au calme en plein coeur de Luzarches à proximité de tous les commerces et de la gare. Rénové, décoré avec soin pour votre bien-être, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Ce logement, sur 3 niveaux, salon et cuisine au 1er étage, suite parentale au 2ème, chambre au RdC, n'est de ce fait pas adapté aux enfants de moins de 7 ans et aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Vous profiterez pleinement d'un environnement exceptionnel et chargé d'histoire.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

☀️ Cosy studio close to the Buttes Chaumont

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Agréable studio avec lit mezzanine sur cour calme

Charmant studio avec lit double en mezzanine. Proche Gare Montparnasse et situé 15 min à pied de Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Belle hauteur sous plafond avec vue sur cour végétalisée et très calme. Le studio est située dans un quartier commerçant et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis avec le logement.
